Return Conditions

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, and eligible items must be unworn and undamaged, include original jewelry packaging, and be returned in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return: personalized jewelry, earrings for hygiene reasons where applicable, clearance or final sale items, and products showing signs of wear.

Return Authorization

Before returning an item, customers must contact our support team for return approval and instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Refund Policy

After inspection of the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and please note that shipping fees are typically non-refundable and refund timing depends on financial institutions.

Step 2: Ship Your Item Back

US orders: We will send a pre-paid shipping label via email. Simply print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off.

International orders: Use your preferred shipping method and label the package clearly with our provided return authorization code. Eligible returns are covered for standard shipping fees.
